Updating Your Profile
- 1. Navigate to Settings → Profile from the main navigation
- 2. Click "Edit Profile" to modify your information
- 3. Update your name, email, phone number, and department
- 4. Upload a new profile photo (recommended: 200x200px, max 2MB)
- 5. Set your job title and facility management specialization
- 6. Save changes to update your profile across the platform

Password Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- 1. Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator)
- 2. Navigate to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication
- 3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- 4. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to verify setup
- 5. Save your backup codes in a secure location
Session Management
- • Sessions automatically expire after 8 hours of inactivity
- • Force logout from all devices option available
- • View active sessions and their locations in security settings
- • Suspicious login attempts trigger automatic security alerts
