Payment & Billing Management
Update payment methods, view invoices, and manage billing cycles

Updating Payment Information

  1. 1. Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscription
  2. 2. Click "Update Payment Method" in the payment section
  3. 3. Enter your new credit card or ACH banking details
  4. 4. Verify the information and save changes
  5. 5. You'll receive an email confirmation of the update

Billing Cycles & Invoicing

  • • Monthly billing on the anniversary of your subscription start date
  • • Annual billing available with 10% discount for Enterprise plans
  • • Invoices sent via email 3 days before billing date
  • • Failed payments result in 7-day grace period before service suspension
  • • All invoices include detailed usage reports and service summaries

Enterprise Billing Options

  • • Purchase orders (PO) accepted for annual contracts
  • • Net 30 payment terms available for qualified organizations
  • • Custom billing cycles to align with fiscal years
  • • Department-level cost allocation and reporting
Account Management
Manage users, permissions, and account settings

Adding & Removing Users

  • • User seats are included in your plan (5 for Professional, unlimited for Enterprise)
  • • Add users through Settings → User Management
  • • Assign roles: Admin, Manager, Technician, or View-Only
  • • Removed users retain access until next billing cycle
  • • Enterprise plans include guest user access for contractors

Downgrading or Canceling

  • • Plan changes take effect at next billing cycle
  • • Data export available before downgrading or canceling
  • • 30-day data retention period after cancellation
  • • Contact support for account migration assistance
